The Ultimate Pricing Spreadsheet is designed to work if you are a solo maker or if you employ full or part-time production help.

How many products can I price with the Ultimate Pricing Template?
Each spreadsheet is designed to price 25 products at a time but you can make as many copies as you need to price different products and collections. Basically, there's no limit to the amount of art or products you can price with the Ultimate Pricing Template!
Can I use the Ultimate Pricing Template if I have employees?
Yes! There are places to fill in your employee's hourly rate so you can calculate prices even if someone else is making your products!
Do I have to use Google for the spreadsheets?
No! Once you access the spreadsheets, you'll have the option to download them as an Excel file (which can also be opened on a Mac with Numbers).
Will the Ultimate Pricing Template work for digital products or online classes?
Unfortunately, no. The Ultimate Pricing Template is designed for artists and makers creating physical products.
Can I use the Ultimate Pricing Template for my taxes?
Sorry, no. I'm not a tax professional and the Ultimate Pricing Template is not designed as tax or financial advice. But you are more than welcome to show your spreadsheets to your accountant when it comes time to look at your numbers! Chances are, they'll love to see them and be so thrilled by your incredibly detailed numbers that you'll win the best client award! (If there was such a thing!)

Absolutely! You might find that you need to gather a little bit of data before you can actually start using the Template, but the good news is the Template and accompanying videos will show you where there are gaps in your numbers and help you figure out what data to start gathering!
